Drug Dealer Who Sold Fatal Heroin Dose To Warminster Man Sentenced: Report

Reports say the Philadelphia man could be deported to the Dominican Republic.

A Dominican Republic native living in Philadelphia who sold a Warminster man a fatal dose of heroin has been sentenced and could face deportation, according to the Bucks County Courier Times.

The Times reports Alexander Abad Tapia, 31, was sentenced to two to 10 years prison time for a charge of drug delivery resulting in death.

The Times also reports Tapia could be deported back tot he Dominican Republic and that he as been credited as serving 289 days.

Tapia was found to be responsible for the March 12, 2013 death of Christopher Sheehan, 22, of Warminster, who took a fatal dose of “Hell Raiser” heroin.

Authorities say Carlos J. Abdel-Rahman and Tapia were involved with a New York City-based drug trafficking organization that sold the fatal dose of heroin Sheehan.

The Times reports Abdel-Rahman failed to appear in court in Doylestown Borough for a sentencing hearing and is still at large.
