Why: To raise money for my team: "Miles for Matthew". We are walking in the 5K walk & run on October 1st to raise money for The Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation
My son Matthew has severe hemophilia, a blood clotting disorder. He loves to play baseball & basketball and will be learning to play the percussion this school year. The Delaware Valley Chapter provides scholarships, social and educational events and they are fighting to secure that our legislators don't take away our medical benefit funding! Hemophilia is VERY EXPENSIVE to manage. Matt takes his intravenous medicine 2x a week. Without it, he would miss out on baseball & basketball and would probably miss out on everyday 9 year old activities!
BUT: This is a night off from cooking
A night for kids to play together before school starts again
A night for parents to catch up
ALL GAMES ARE ONLY 1 TOKEN EACH
