The Greater BucksMont Chamber of Commerce (GBMCC) is pleased to announce its 2023 scholarship winners. Every year, the Chamber’s Scholarship Committee solicits and receives scholarship applications, and chooses the winners from among graduating seniors from Archbishop Wood High School, Middle Bucks Institute of Technology and William Tennent High School. The winners from each school are awarded a $1,000 scholarship.
This year’s scholarship winners are:
- Maria Adamow – Archbishop Wood High School
- Connor Morocco – Middle Bucks Institute of Technology
- Emma Torok – William Tennent High School
The winners were honored at the Chamber’s 2023 Scholarship Luncheon on May 18 at 5 Ponds Golf Course, in Warminster.
“This year’s winners have accomplished so much and it is a great honor to award them scholarships so that they can continue their education,” said Judy Doherty, Executive Director of the Chamber. “The Chamber wishes them all the best in their future endeavors.”
The scholarships for high school seniors are funded by a portion of the proceeds from the Chamber’s Annual Scholarship Golf Outing. This year’s golf outing will take place on June 1, 2023 at 5 Ponds Golf Course. The Chamber acknowledges some of its major sponsors to date, including:
