Ivyland Fire Company Fire Prevention Open House

The officers and members of the Ivyland Fire Company invite you to join us at our Annual Fire Prevention Education and Open House. We are happy to announce that this year’s festivities will happen on October 23, 2021, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This year’s theme is, “Learn the Sounds of Fire Safety!” We will educate everyone about the different sounds the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms make and what to do when you hear them.

Knowing what to do when an alarm makes sounds will keep you and your family safe.

We realize that it’s hard to carve time out of your schedule so, this year we teamed up with Parks and Rec to start a new tradition to have our Fire Prevention Education on the same night as the Ivyland Bonfire. So please take some time to slow down, enjoy s’mores by the fire, and stop by to see what’s up at the firehouse.

We will have prizes for the children and lifesaving education for all ages. We hope that you will take some time to learn about your community and neighborhood volunteer community fire company and our members. We look forward to seeing you!
