Man Who Got Nude At Local McDonald's Headed To Jail: Report

A local man will go to jail after pleading guilty to charges stemming from his second recent public lewdness incident in the area.

Benjamin Ryder, 20, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to charges of indecent exposure and open lewdness in connection with an incident in which he exposed himself to a woman at a Warwick McDonalds, the Intelligencer reported. He will serve 120 days to one year in Bucks County prison.

According to the Intelligencer’s report, Ryder was “fully nude” when he approached a woman in the restaurant’s restroom in May. She notified the police and Ryder was subsequently arrested.

Additionally, Ryder will face jail time for violating his probation sentence stemming from a previous public lewdness incident at the Bucks County Courthouse, the report said.
