Missing Warminster Teen Found, But Has Run Away Again: Police

WARMINSTER, PA — A 14-year-old girl who was reported missing was located and returned home, but ran away again the next day, police said.

Karina Liseth Ortiz was first reported missing on Oct. 28. At the time of that report, she was last seen on Oct. 20 at the Regal Cinemas Warrington Crossing movie theater off Easton Road in Warrington Township.

Police say she returned to her Warminster home on Nov. 1, but ran away again the next day.

She has friends in the Warrington and Souderton areas, police said. Karina may also spell her first name "Carina."
