Additionally, the district's program will expand the reach by delivering meals directly to youth at Szymanek Park and The Glen at Bucks Apartments.
“We are introducing the Mobile Dining Bus this summer at Centennial School District to reach children who may not otherwise have access to meals. Ensuring that children are nourished during the summer months is critical, as many rely on school meals throughout the year. This program not only helps keep kids fed, but also provides a safe, welcoming place for them to enjoy their meals. At the same time, we remain committed to following all Summer Food Service Program guidelines to ensure meals are served properly, safely, and in compliance with USDA requirements,” said Lori Deni, Centennial School District’s Food and Nutrition Manager.
