Warminster Township residents can applaud their supervisors, as 2017 marks the sixth consecutive year in a row that real estate taxes have not gone up.

The supervisors approved the 2017 budget Thursday night and maintained the 17.07 millage rate, which was adopted in 2011 when it jumped from 12.07 mills to the current rate.

The total real estate tax revenue for 2017 is set to be $5.48 million, budget documents show.
