Ex Main Line Teacher Gets Prison For Soliciting Underage Girls Online

A former Lower Merion School District teacher has been sentenced to three decades in federal prison for posing as a teenager online in order to solicit sexually explicit photos from underage people. Jeremy Schobel, 33, of Philadelphia, was sentenced to 30 years in prison and 20 years of supervised release for a child exploitation catfishing scheme, federal authorities said. (Read More)

Historic Hotel Up For Sale In Lower Bucks

The historic Langhorne Hotel is up for sale. The 8,100-square-foot, three-story hotel at 100 W. Maple Ave. has hit the market for $2.35 million, according to the real estate broker LoopNet. The historic 1704 hotel includes the building, restaurant, liquor license, 12 rental rooms, and two apartments. It was renovated in 2000, according to its listing. (Read More)
