Patch Read of the Day: Help Restock Local Food Pantry

A local food pantry is out of food and funding and needs help from the community to restock its shelves, .

The pantry is run by Jesus Focus Ministry Group, a local organization primarily funded by federal and state grants. However, their money has run out and they're asking members of the community to donate food, medicine and hygiene items.

They're holding a "Breakfast Brigade" food drive, starting immediately, to help restock.

Community members are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items like cereal, peanut butter, jelly, pancake mix, etc. These items can be dropped off at at labeled bins at several spots in Northampton including the , the , the , the , the  and the .
