Seniors Helping Seniors to Hold Adults with Aging Parents Support Group Meeting
Monthly meetings help caregivers and loved ones cope
The Adults with Aging Parents support group will hold its November meeting on Wednesday, November 12, at 7:00 p.m. at the Dublin Diner, 133 N Main St, Dublin, PA 18917.
The Adults with Aging Parents support group allows adult children who are caregivers for elderly parents to share their concerns and questions with fellow caregivers. The group assists adult caregivers of aging parents by providing them with emotional, educational, and social support through regularly scheduled meetings.
In addition, participants and facilitators share methods and skills for solving problems and provide encouragement for caregivers to maintain their own personal, physical, and emotional health, while caring for a loved one. For more information or questions contact Barbara Marte at 215-262-0030.
