Warminster Man Charged With Strangulation
Tomas Sanchez-Ramon was charged in a dispute Wednesday in which police said the victim "blacked out." He is also wanted by immigration.

WARMINSTER, PA —A 23-year-old township man has been charged with strangulation following a domestic dispute Wednesday in which the victim "blacked out," police said.
Tomas Sanchez-Ramon, 23, was charged with aggravated assault, strangulation, simple assault, and harassment, the Warminster Township Police Department said. He is also wanted by Immigration and Customs.
At around 7:35 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 300 block of Beech Street for a report of a domestic dispute in progress which was physical in nature.

Upon arrival, the victim stated the couple had a verbal argument in which the suspect became physical, police said.
During the altercation, Sanchez-Ramon grabbed the victim around the neck and began to choke the victim until the victim "blacked out," police said.

The suspect then fled the area, but was located a short distance away.
Upon further investigation, the suspect was found to be wanted by Immigration and Customs.
Sanchez-Ramon was arraigned before the district justice and sent to the Bucks County Prison on a detainer from ICE.
