"We’re getting very close to the big event weekend with a Friday Night Concert in the Gazebo on June 23 and a huge day of music, food, and fun on June 24," organizers said. "We could use some talented people."
Organizers are seeking volunteers to serve as Welcome Center (Information Booth) greeter, Ivyland Heritage Association exhibit host, MCs to make announcements and introduce the musical acts on the Gough Avenue Stage, and Milton Roy Parking Lot attendants to guide guests to the event.

Since last March, the Ivyland Heritage Association and a group of residents and local volunteers have gathered each month to plan the day-long celebration activities for residents, and neighboring communities to enjoy.
They've set up a 150th Celebration Facebook page to provide updates as the anniversary event nears and a website that has further details.
Festivities will begin at noon on June 24 with a Welcome Ceremony in which Mayor Anthony Judice will be joined by state Sen. Frank Farry, state Rep. Brian Munroe, and founding sponsor TD Bank, among others.
The borough has held prior bashes for its 75th, 100th, and 125th anniversary celebrations previously.
