Warminster Sets Up Trash-Pickup Complaint Line

Messages go to both the township and J.P. Mascaro & Sons, which was awarded a new trash and recycling contract by the township in November.

WARMINSTER, PA — Warminster Township has set up a dedicated phone line and email address for residents to make complaints about their trash and recycling service.

The phone number is 267-317-1379 and the email address is trash@warminsterpa.org. All messages will go to both the township and J.P. Mascaro & Sons, which was awarded a new trash and recycling contract by the township in November.

Since then, some residents have been vocal in expressing displeasure at the service they've received. Complaints have centered around being charged for new containers to collect garbage and recycling separately, increased fees and general service complaints.

Several spoke up on a Facebook post about the hotline by Township Manager Gregg Schuster on Monday.

"Thank you for the additional number to streamline issues, but at the same time, I'm not gonna lie, that's pathetic that this was needed," one resident wrote.
