Wellness Solution Centers to Hold Monthly "Dinner with the Docs" Program
Program Topic: Women's Health Night: How Women can Have Health, Vitality and Age Gracefully
Wellness Solution Centers will hold its monthly “Dinner with the Docs” program on Monday, June 1, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Applebee’s, 2 West Road, Newtown, PA 18940. The May program will explore women’s health and the importance of proper nutrition and exercise.
Doctors Denise Chranowski, founder of Wellness Solution Centers and 8 Weeks to Wellness and Stephanie Molden, Medical Director of the Robotics program at St. Mary Medical Center, will discuss topics including childbirth, menopause, heart disease and common women’s health issues.
In addition, the doctors will talk about the importance of good nutrition and exercise, and how to maintain muscle mass. Dr. Molden will also address a range of urogynecological issues that commonly affect women.

About Dr. Denise Chranowski:
Dr. Denise Chranowski comes from a long line of chiropractors in her family (12 and counting). A graduate of Rutgers College of Engineering in 1990 and Texas Chiropractic College in 1996, Dr. Chranowski joined her twin brother, Dr. Dane Donohue, in practice in 1997. In 2003, the siblings developed 8 Weeks to Wellness, a program focusing on developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise, nutrition, chiropractic, massage and meditation. 8 Weeks to Wellness is available in their Newtown office as well as in over 30 chiropractors’ offices across the country.
About Dr. Stephanie Molden:
Dr. Stephanie Molden has accumulated extensive case and surgical experience in pelvic medicine and reconstructive procedures, and is involved in educating other physicians regarding new techniques and approaches. Medical Director of the Robotics program at St. Mary Medical Center and the first surgeon to perform robotic surgery at the center, Dr. Molden is on the cutting edge of the use of robotics in urogynecologic procedures. She treats patients for a full range of urogynecological issues including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, painful bladder syndrome and dropped bladder.
