The rating highlights strong performance in preventing errors, infections, and other harm, giving local patients and families added confidence in the care they receive. Another WellSpan facility, Good Samaritan Hospital, also received an A. 
• How Franklin County athletes fared at the Mid-Penn track and field meet (therecordherald.com) — Waynesboro High School runners Brianna McIlquham and Morgan Jones brought home medals from the Mid-Penn track and field championships in Chambersburg, highlighting strong performances by Franklin County schools. The meet featured wins and podium finishes across sprints, distance events, relays, and field events, with athletes now turning their attention to the District 3 championships this weekend.
