$1 Million Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Chester County

A winning lottery ticket worth $1 milion has been sold at a Chester County supermarket.

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — A winning lottery ticket worth $1 milion has been sold at a Chester County supermarket.

The ticket was sold in April at the Giant supermarket on 830 E. Baltimore Pike in Kennett Square.

The ticket was a scratch-off in the "Million Dollar Winner" game. The winner was a Delaware County resident.

The Giant will receive a bonus of $5,000 for selling the winner.

A total of $14.5 million in scratch-off prizes were won in April, including a $300,000 winner in Montgomery County and Delaware County, and a separate $100,000 winner in Chester County.
