Taking inspiration and examples from the exhibition, The Poetry of Nature: A Golden Age of American Landscape Painting, teachers will explore connections between the art of the Hudson River School and American writers of the time, including William Cullen Bryant, Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau.
