Auditions for Chamber Choral Ensemble
Audition information for The Brandywine Singers, Chester County's premiere chamber choir ensemble.
THE BRANDYWINE SINGERS of Chester County, a semi-professional chamber choral ensemble, announce auditions for all voice parts for the 2015-2016 concert season. Repertoire includes Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana, Liszt’s Missa Choralis, Bruckner’s Motets, Carl Fasch’s Mass for 16 Voices, and more.
AUDITION DATES:
Wednesday, August 19, 2015 from 7:00-9:30pm
Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 7:00-9:30pm
LOCATION:
First Presbyterian Church (Choir Room)
130 W. Miner St, West Chester, PA 19382
REQUIREMENTS:
One art song/operatic selection that showcases vocal range for desired section. An accompanist will be provided, but please bring a copy of your music for them. Once your audition is scheduled, a excerpt of repertoire from our upcoming season will be given in advance to prepare as the second audition piece.
