Beginner Zumba Classes with Sarah Vogan

Beginner Zumba classes are now offered at The Rock School West with Sarah Vogan, certified Zumba instructor! Zumba is a fun and highly effective cardio-dance workout, involving Latin (and some pop) music and great people! This class is open to adults and teens (ages 13-18). Come dance with us! The first class is FREE!

Classes are held on:

Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10:00-11:00am

Tuesday evenings from 8:00-9:00pm

The first class is FREE! Class cards are available, offering 5 classes for $55. The drop-in rate is $12 per class.
