Black Lab Found in West Chester

WEST CHESTER, PA -- Police found a dog in the rainstorm in West Chester on Monday.

The black labrador was found on the 300 block of East Chestnut Street.

There was no identification on the dog, although he was wearing a choke collar.

He has been taken to the Brandywine Valley SPCA while police look for the owner.
