Chesco Man Wanted; Toddler Ingested Controlled Substance: Cops
A Chester County man is wanted by authorities after they said a toddler in his care ingested controlled substances.

CHESTER COUNTY, PA — A Chester County man is wanted by authorities after they said a toddler in his care ingested controlled substances.
William "Billy" O'Donnell, 36, has been charged with endangering the welfare of children, in addition to criminal mischief and theft charges for an unrelated incident.
The incident involving the child occurred back in Oct. 2019 in Kennett Township, local police announced on Wednesday.

The one-year-old child was hospitalized after ingesting the substance, police said. They did not specify the substance.
In an unrelated Dec. 2019 incident, O'Donnell went to a home on Carlton Drive in Kennett Township and "inflicted severe damages" to the property, police said. It's not clear what led to the incident.

Police added that O'Donnell has shaved his hair since the above photo was taken.
