Chesterbrook Academy Makes Donation to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Chesterbrook Academy® Preschool in Chadds Ford donated more than $900 to the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Chadds Ford recently donated more than $900 to the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Foundation. The week of Feb. 10, families of students purchased “Bear Grams” for their children, which were love notes attached to stuffed animals that were delivered to students on Valentine’s Day. The fundraiser was held in support of a Chesterbrook Academy student who is living with CF and is supported by the organization. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping others.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s mission is to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with CF the opportunity to lead long, fulfilling lives by funding research and drug development, partnering with the CF community and advancing high-quality, specialized care.
