Chesterbrook Academy Preschool Donates Gifts to Pathways PA

Students collected wish list items for families and individuals who are supported by the nonprofit

Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in West Chester recently donated nine large bags of gifts to PathWays PA, a nonprofit organization that works to help women, teens, children and families achieve economic independence and family well-being. Throughout December, students worked together to collect a variety of wish list items for families and individuals, including clothes, shoes, toys and games. At the end of the drive, students helped prepare the donations for delivery to the organization.

In addition to their donation to Pathways PA, students collected more than 100 pounds of food for West Chester Food Cupboard, which provides a variety of fresh and nonperishable healthy food items to local residents in need. Through these initiatives, students learned the importance of helping others in their community, especially during the holiday season.
