Chinese New Year Community Gala (Free) on Feb 7 in Malvern
Free Chinese New Year celebration at GVHS in Malvern on Sunday February 7, 1pm-5pm, with lion dances, cultural games, food, and fun!
Date: Sunday Feb 7, 2016, 1pm-5pm
Place: Great Valley High School in Malvern
Hosted by the Main Line Chinese Culture Center, 1pm-3pm is the New Year Show comprised of lion dances, Chinese folk dances, Peking Opera sword dance, martial arts demo, and songs by adult performance artists and local school children. 3pm-5pm is the Culture Fair comprised of 14 game and culture stations, including a station on calligraphy and an exhibit on tea.
