'Day of Service' In West Chester Improves Friends Association Headquarters

WEST CHESTER, PA — Recently, more than 20 Skanska employees volunteered at the Friends Association Headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania to lay stone dust and refinish the association’s driveway as part of their first annual day of service.

The new driveway will help improve traffic flow for the association and their clients.

The Friends Association provides outreach to homeless and near homeless families in the Chester County area.

Skanska has extensive construction and development experience in Pennsylvania and the Delaware Valley including projects such as the Nicholas and Athena Karabots Pavilion Addition at the Franklin Institute, University of Delaware East Campus Residence Hall, and the Nemours/A.I. duPont Hospital for Children.
