Property Management Company is seeking a full time maintenance to work between 3 different apartment complexes in West Chester, PA.
Duties will include but not limited to routine maintenance calls, apartment turnover, preventative maintenance and maintaining the grounds & snow removal. Electrical, plumbing & carpentry experience required.
On call rotation required, must pass criminal check & have valid driver's license.

Must live within 30 minutes of West Chester.
