WEST CHESTER, PA — A brown dog was found in West Chester on Monday afternoon and his family is being sought.
The dog was found in Bayard Rustin Park on South Walnut Street.
He is being taken to the Brandywine Valley SPCA for safekeeping in the meanwhile.
