Eluding Police Results In Arrest For 21-Year-Old West Chester Man
Thomas Macaluso is in Chester County Prison on charges of eluding police in the 100 block of South Adams Street.
WEST CHESTER, PA —A 21-year-old West Chester man is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $2,500 on charges of eluding police while under the influence of drugs or alcohol at 12:p.m. on Tuesday in the 100 block of South Adams Street.
Thomas Macaluso was arraigned before District Judge Mac L. Lieberman on charges of eluding police, drunken driving, reckless driving and related traffic violations.
Police said Macaluso led police on a pursuit when police tried to stop him for code violations.
