One person died after a fire at a home in Chester County on Tuesday, sources state.

CALN TOWNSHIP, PA — One person died after a fire at a home in Chester County on Tuesday, sources state.

The fire began at around 3:30 p.m. at a dwelling on Foundry Street, according to NBC Philadelphia.

6ABC reports that the blaze continued for over an hour as crews worked to bring it under control.

Authorities have not commented on the cause of the fire and the name of the victim has not been released.
