Police are investigating a fire near a Target store in Chester County and are looking to identify two persons of interest.
CHESTER COUNTY, PA — Police are investigating a fire near a Target store in Chester County and are looking to identify two persons of interest.
The incident occurred on Nov. 15 at the Target in West Whiteland Township.
The fire did not cause significant damage and no injuries were reported.

Two young men were seen in the area of the fire, and one of those individuals stole a jacket from the store, according to police.
The pair were seen on video walking with two young women in the store.
