Jacobs Music Celebrates the Holidays in West Chester

Jacobs Music in West Chester is celebrating their first December holiday season in West Chester with an invitation for you to stop by and experience the finest piano in the world – Steinway & Sons. Jacobs also represents pianos from the entire Family of Steinway, the Boston and Essex. In addition to the Family of Steinway, Jacobs represents Yamaha, Pearl River and Roland Digital Pianos. The Jacobs Music slogan is “the finest pianos in every price range,” and it is always with that goal in mind when offering a wide array of pianos and price ranges to our customers. “We always want our customers to have the greatest selection possible,” comments Bob Rinaldi, Senior Vice President of Jacobs Music.

For the holidays, the store is beautifully decorated and features an array of grand and vertical pianos, including several different pianos with player systems installed. Player pianos have been around for a very long time, but today they operate with a higher level of musical accuracy and offer the convenience of operating them with your iPad. “Today, at least 50% of all grand pianos sold have player systems, and they are available in varying price ranges, depending on the piano you select,” says Bruce Cohen, Vice President of Sales, Jacobs Music. The highest level of musical accuracy is available from Steinway – the new Spirio. The Spirio is a high definition re-performance piano that allows you to hear performances of George Gershwin, Vladimir Horowitz, Yuja Wang, Lang Lang and countless other artists live in your home.

In addition to sales, Jacobs Music rents concert pianos and provides piano technicians who tune, repair, regulate and voice pianos. Our Service Department has 17 full-time piano technicians who service customers, institutions, concert halls, and houses of worship in the tri-state region. Our Concert & Artist Department provides Steinway pianos for concerts and special events.

In 2017, Jacobs Music of West Chester will be hosting a variety of special events to support our music educator community and those who love music.
