Kathleen Ogilvie Affiliates With Coldwell Banker Preferred

David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, is pleased to announce that Kathleen Ogilvie has affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Preferred office in Exton as a sales associate. Ogilvie will provide residential real estate services in Chester and Montgomery Counties as well as the Main Line.

A native of Chester Springs, Kathleen graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Kathleen and her husband, Roger, opened their own Engineering and Commercial Construction firm. It was there that Kathleen began her career in real estate, starting with commercial listings and then expanding into residential real estate sales. In 2003, Kathleen and Roger relocated to Orange County, California. 7 short years later, Kathleen was the Top Realtor in Orange County, CA for 2010.

Her move back to Chester County was motivated by the desire to be closer to her two sons who attend Brown University and Columbia Graduate School.
