Man Chased After Caught Breaking Into West Chester Car: Cops
A man is being charged with breaking into a car parked on Locust Alley in West Chester.
WEST CHESTER, PA -- A man is being charged with breaking into a car parked on Locust Alley in West Chester, police said.
The suspect, Anthony Rawlings, was allegedly seen breaking into the car on August 23, accoridng to police.
He was then chased into his residence by witnesses after the incident occurred, police said. Police arrested Rawlings inside his home later.
