Man Who Beat Infant Daughter In Chesco Sentenced To Prison
A man who beat his three-month old daughter in Chester County has been sentenced to prison.
WEST CHESTER, PA — A man who severely beat his three-month-old daughter in Chester County has been sentenced to prison.
Nicholas Anthony Marigliano, 27, of Havertown, will spend the next four to 10 years behind bars after pleading guilty to aggravated assault, court documents show.
Medical personnel found the infant unconscious at a home on the 1200 block of Gail Road on June 15. The child was taken to Chester County Hospital, where the most serious injuries where discovered, authorities said.

The child was later taken to Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware for further treatment.
A restraining order has been set against Marigliano that prevents him from having any contact with the child or the mother.

Marigliano is a graduate of Upper Darby High School and Delaware County Community College and had been currently employed as an electrician, according to social media profiles.
