Restraining Order Set Against Man Who Beat Infant Girl In Chesco
A man who severely beat his three-month-old daughter in Chester County has been forbidden from having any contact with her, a judge ordered.
WEST CHESTER, PA — A man who severely beat his three-month-old daughter in Chester County has been forbidden from having any contact with her, a judge ordered.
Nicholas Anthony Marigliano, 27, of Havertown, has been charged with felony aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and related counts.
The Delaware County Times first reported that the order had been approved by Chester County Common Pleas Court Judge Patrick Carmody.

Marigliano will be prohibited from having any contact with the child or the mother, who live in West Goshen. He also reportedly agreed to surrender custody of the child.
Medical personnel found the infant unconscious at a home on the 1200 block of Gail Road in West Goshen on June 15. The child was taken to Chester County Hospital, where the most serious injuries where discovered, authorities said.

The child was later taken to Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware for further treatment.
Marigliano is a graduate of Upper Darby High School and Delaware County Community College and is currently employed as an electrician, according to social media profiles.
He remains in Chester County Prison on $250,000 bail pending his upcoming trial.
