Shepherd-Mix Dog Found Wandering Around West Chester

WEST CHESTER, PA -- A long-haired German Shepherd mix dog was found in West Chester on Tuesday.

The dog has black and tan coloring and is about 70 pounds. She is wearing a pink invisible fence collar.

She was found wandering in the Whirland Woods area off of Burke Road. She is described as a "sweet, sweet, girl."
