Shoemaker has been steeped in real estate since an early age. While in high school, she worked weekends at a local real estate office where she learned the tools of the trade from the accomplished real estate agents around her. After acquiring her realtor license, Shoemaker worked in land development for a home builder. Her decision to return to real estate was a natural one. “I wanted to help people directly and becoming an agent provided me with that opportunity. Shoemaker has earned the Philadelphia Magazine Five Star Award seven years running, as well as Philadelphia Magazine’s Five Star Professional Rating in 2014 and 2015. She has an associate degree in business management from the Delaware County Community College and is a member of the Suburban West Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors.
