West Chester Resident To Be Deported For The 4th Time: Feds

A West Chester resident will be deported to Mexico for the fourth time after serving out a prison sentence, federal authorities announced.

WEST CHESTER, PA — A West Chester resident will be deported for the fourth time, federal authorities announced.

Rodrigo Fuentes-Gomez, 52, was sentenced to five months in prison on charges of illegal, following which he will be deported to Mexico, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Fuentes-Gomez, also known as Ervin Yovany Cruz, has been deported on three previous occassions: June 2011, Aug. 2007, and April 1999.

It's the second time he's been convicted of illegal re-entry.

According to authorities, Fuentes-Gomez was convicted of DUI, forgery, and public intoxication during his stay in the United States.
