West Chester Police Plan 'National Night Out'
The free event features refreshments, activities for the whole family, and an opportunity to meet local police, fire, and EMS crews.
WEST CHESTER, PA — Police in West Chester will hold their National Night Out event early next month.
It will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 6 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Henderson High School.
According to organizers, the annual, nationwide event aims to bring police and the community closer together to promote awareness, safety, and neighborhood unity. National Night Out showcases the vital importance of police-community partnerships and citizen involvement in the fight for a safer nation, officials said.
