West Chester QVC Manager Pleads Guilty To Stealing $1.8 Million From Company
The former lighting manager of a West Chester QVC has pleaded guilty to stealing $1.8 million in invoices from the company.

WEST CHESTER, PA -- A former lighting manager at West Chester-based QVC has pleaded guilty to stealing nearly $2 million from the company through fake invoices, according to court documents.
A 2015 indictment states that Douglas S. Rae, 59, of Bethlehem, used two companies and two accomplices to steal $1.8 million from the home shopping network.
He had been charged with seven counts of mail fraud, 25 counts of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and three counts of money laundering, the U.S. Attorney’s office said. The two accomplices were also indicted.

The scheme took place between 2006 and 2013.
Rae faces up to 20 years in prison for each count of mail fraud, wire fraud, and conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and ten years for money laundering, the indictment states.

Sentencing is December 12.
QVC Studio Park is located on 1200 Wilson Drive in West Chester.
