The company had a business account through American Express, and she was one of many employees to receive a business credit card, according to the DA's Office.

From some point in 2013 to around Oct. 2017, Taylor used the credit card for numerous purchases, including video games, various gifts, groceries, and more, authorities said. Some of the stores she frequented included Coach, Ralph Lauren, Vera Bradley, Kay Jewelers, and Michael Kors, the affidavit of probable cause states.

Using her insider access, Taylor then tailored the records and changed the codes to make it appear that the purchases had a legitimate business purpose, such as a business lunch or other company-related activities.

All told, there were 2,433 fraudulent purchases, which amounted to a tab of $331,563 put on Ballymore's card, the DA said.

A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
