Bah Humbug: Christmas Decorations Knocked Down In Lower Makefield Twp.
Lower Makefield Township Police reported two criminal mischief incidents involving the decorations on Monday.

In its blotter of criminal incidents for the past week, the Lower Makefield Township Police Department reported two criminal mischief incidents on Monday in which Christmas decorations were knocked down.

Nov. 30
WORTHLESS CHECKS —1600 block of Big Oak Road at Shop Rite, reported at 8:22 p.m. The store manager reported two unknown men attempted to cash a fraudulent check using fake IDs. The investigation is ongoing.

IDENTITY THEFT —Unit block of Highland Drive, reported at 3:48 p.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) used their cell phone account to purchase a cell phone.
Nov. 27
DISORDERLY CONDUCT —1600 block of Big Oak Road at Norman’s Hallmark, reported at 11:44 a.m. The store manager reported a disorderly man in the business, yelling and using profanity. The 60-year-old male Langhorne man will be cited for disorderly conduct.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:
- 600 block of Friar Drive, reported at 8:10 p.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) knocked down their Christmas decorations. No damage reported at this time.
- 600 block of Springdale Terrace, reported at 8:10 p.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) knocked down their Christmas decorations, causing $30 worth of damage.
Nov. 25
FRAUD —100 block of Kathy Drive, reported at 2:24 p.m. The complainant reported responding
to an unknown website to purchase two Yorkie puppies for $750. The victim sent three separate payments through CashApp totaling $1,200 to three different usernames for the puppies, vaccines, and transport expenses. The puppies were not received, and the unknown person is still attempting to request more money. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY —1300 block of Kathy Drive, reported at 9 p.m. The complainant reported accidentally leaving their apartment door unlocked and upon returning home, they noticed electronics and costume jewelry missing. At this time, over $6,000 worth of items were taken. An investigation is ongoing.
Nov. 24
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF —100 block of Knightsbridge Circle, reported at 9:49 p.m. The complainant reported a door opened on a foreclosed house in the area. Police found the door forced open, but nothing appeared missing at this time.
Nov. 23
WANTED PERSON —West Trenton Avenue and Plaza Boulevard, reported at 11:39 p.m. While
monitoring traffic in the area, police ran a tag and records revealed a man was wanted out of New Jersey for aggravated assault on a police officer. A traffic stop was conducted and the 33-year-old Morrisville man was taken into police custody.
