Door Dash Order, Copper Wire Theft Top Lower Makefield Twp. Crimes
The Lower Makefield Township Police Department Friday released its police blotter of criminal incidents over the past week.
LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA —One resident was called about a Door Dash order they never placed. There were several identity theft crimes and the theft of copper wire.

IDENTITY THEFT —1500 block of Surry Brook Court, reported at 10:18 a.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) opened a bank account in their name.

THEFT —1700 block of Finch Court, reported at 9:53 a.m. The complainant reported an unknown
person(s) intercepted a mailed check, altered it, and cashed it.
IDENTITY THEFT —1700 block of Dyers Lane, reported at 2:42 p.m. The complainant reported an ongoing fraud with a credit card and being contacted by Door Dash for an order they did not place.

THEFT —900 block of Stony Hill Road, reported at 7:42 a.m. The complainant reported the theft
of about $1,000 worth of copper wire from the construction site sometime overnight.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF —300 block of Ramsey Road, reported at 10:04 a.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) egged the vehicle.

DUI ARREST —Taylorsville Road and Route 295, reported at 11:41 p.m. Police on patrol stopped
a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 39-year-old man from Feasterville-Trevose for Driving Under the Influence.

IDENTITY THEFT —700 block of Jade Road, reported at 11:20 a.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) opened a bank account in their name.
THEFT —300 block of Oxford Valley Road, reported at 11:47 a.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) intercepted a mailed check, altered it, and cashed it.
