Police Seek Female Suspect in Theft From Vehicle In Yardley
Yardley police said the theft also involved stolen checks being cashed in New Jersey. Police are requesting the public's assistance.
YARDLEY, PA —The Yardley Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a female suspect regarding a theft from a motor vehicle, prompting the subsequent fraud of several thousand dollars.
Police said the theft from the vehicle took place on Dec. 13, 2022, in the 1100 block of Reading Avenue. Following that, stolen checks were cashed at various locations in Mercer County, N.J., police said.
Police made the announcement in a Facebook post on Saturday.

Police said they are attempting to identify and speak to a woman who is pictured with glasses and curly brown hair, wearing white and possibly operating a grey or silver SUV.
