Police Seek Suspects For Thefts From Vehicles In Yardley
Yardley Borough Police seek the public's help in identifying two suspects involved in thefts and attempted thefts from vehicles recently.
YARDLEY, PA —Police are investigating recent thefts and attempted thefts from parked vehicles in the borough.
The Yardley Borough Police Department posted a video on its Facebook page of two unidentified men attempting entry into vehicles. See the video here.
Police did not state how many incidents there have been recently or what items have been taken from vehicles.

Anyone with information about the identities of the suspects should call the Yardley Borough Police Department at 215-493-2782 or click here to report a tip anonymously. Anyone who observes suspicious activity should call 911.
Police are also asking residents to avoid being a victim by always locking their vehicles, removing or hiding valuable items, and taking their keys.

In other police business:
- Police on patrol were alerted to a vehicle with a suspended registration in the area of Main Street and Afton Avenue at 1:41 a.m. on Aug. 4.. The officer located the vehicle and a query of the driver led to the discovery of an open warrant from the Burlington County Sheriff’s Office (N.J.) for stalking in violation of a court order. The suspect was arrested and transported to Bucks County Jail.
- At 5 p.m., Aug. 4, police charged a 49-year-old Trenton, N.J., man after being alerted of a truck operating in a careless manner on Delaware Avenue. The officer located a silver pick-up in the opposite lane and stopped it on Morgan Avenue. The investigation led to probable cause of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. The man was arrested after refusing chemical testing.
