Terroristic Threats, Tide Pod Thefts Top Morrisville Crimes
The Morrisville Police Department has released its police blotter of recent criminal incidents.
MORRISVILLE, PA —A terroristic threat was made by one resident. And Tide was a popular theft with detergent and pods swiped over the past few weeks.
The Morrisville Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for the period of Feb. 28 to March 21.

Retail Theft —March 1, 5:41 p.m. Report of Tide detergent stolen from the Giant Food Store on West Trenton Avenue. The male fled on foot toward New Jersey. Value: $200
Arrest/Warrant —March 2, 10:13 a.m. A 31-year-old man was arrested for a warrant from this department for an assault that occurred on Feb. 25. He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.

Arrest/ Receiving Stolen Property —March 02, 4:29 p.m. A 36-year-old man was arrested for the theft of a bicycle in Falls Township. He was processed and released.
Retail Theft —March 3, 1:15 p.m. Giant Loss Prevention reported two thefts from the store on the same day. In the first theft, Tide pods and orange juice were taken by a man who left in a white sedan with NJ tags. Value $133. The second theft was various health and beauty items taken by a man wearing a black surgical mask who left on foot. Value $200
Theft —March 3, 2: p.m. Report of $110 stolen from the victim's apartment while they were in the hospital. The incident occurred in the unit block of Hillcrest Avenue.
Arrest/Warrant —March 3, 11:30 a.m. A 39-year-old man was arrested for an active Bucks County Sheriff’s warrant during a well-being check at the Dunkin Donuts on West Bridge Street.
Arrest/DUI —March 4, 12:08 p.m. A 24-year-old woman was arrested for DUI during a traffic stop at West Bridge Street and Cox Avenue. She was processed and released.
Threats —March 5, 12:40 a.m. A 32-year-old man was arrested for making terroristic threats following an incident on the 400 block of Melvin Avenue.
Arrest/Borough Ordinance —March 5, 12:40 a.m. A 26-year-old woman was cited for walking her dog without a leash in the 400 Block of Melvin Avenue.
Arrest/Warrant —March 7, 9:12 a.m. A 43-year-old man turned himself into police headquarters for a warrant from this department for an incident that was reported on Feb. 9. He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.
Arrest/Disorderly Conduct —March 7, 2:43 p.m. A juvenile female was cited for disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred after school on Sherman Avenue and Dorset Drive.
Arrest/Harassment/Disorderly Conduct —March 7, 6:22 a.m. A 22-year-old man was cited for harassment for an incident that occurred in the area of Coleman Avenue.
Arrest/Public Drunkenness —March 8, 10:17 p.m. A 33-year-old man was cited for public drunkenness for an incident that occurred at the 7-11 on S. Pennsylvania Avenue.
Arrest/DUI —March 9, 8:37 a.m. A 41-year-old man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Criminal Trespass, Use/Poss of Paraphernalia, Impersonating a Public Servant, and Possession of a Controlled Substance after a traffic accident that occurred in the area of East Philadelphia Avenue. He was arraigned and released.
Arrest/Simple Assault —March 10, 8:12 a.m. A juvenile male was arrested for simple assault and possession of marijuana from an incident that occurred in front of Morrisville High School. He was remanded to Bucks County juvenile detention center.
Arrest/Sale of Tobacco to Minor —March 10, 10:30 a.m. Ticket Town was cited for selling tobacco to a minor.
Arrest/Sale of Tobacco to Minor —March 10, 10:30 a.m. Triple 1 Smoke Shop was cited for selling tobacco to a minor.
Arrest/Sale of Tobacco to Minor —March 10, 10:30 a.m. Crown Smoke Shop was cited for selling tobacco to a minor.
Arrest/Sale of Tobacco to Minor —March 10, 10:30 a.m. Smokin Joes was cited for selling tobacco to a minor.
Arrest/Warrant —March 13, 8:51 p.m. A 31-year-old woman was arrested during a traffic stop in the area of West Bridge Street for an outstanding warrant. She was processed and released to the Sheriff’s office.
Arrest/Harassment —March 14, 5:44 a.m. A 51-year-old woman was cited for harassment for an incident that occurred in the area of Center Street.
Arrest/Warrant —March 15, 7:45 a.m. A 23-year-old woman was arrested during a traffic stop in the area of 500 block of Doloro Drive for an outstanding warrant from the Sheriff’s office. She was processed and picked up by the Bucks County Sheriff.
Arrest/DUI —March 15, 10:12 p.m. A 33-year-old woman was arrested for Driving Under the Influence in the area of West Bridge Street. She was processed and released.
Arrest/Disorderly Conduct —March 16, 4:27 p.m. A 51-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred in the Morrisville Dog Park.
Arrest/Warrant —March 17, 11:14 p.m. A 46-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop for an outstanding warrant and possession of narcotics in the area of Harding and Clymer. He was processed and released to the Sheriff’s Department.
Arrest/Burglary —March 18, 8:47 p.m. Three juvenile males were arrested for burglary, criminal trespass, theft, RSP, and resisting arrest for an incident that occurred in the area of a unit block of Harrison Avenue. They were processed and released to their guardians.
Arrest/Criminal Mischief —March 19, 4:31 p.m. A 61-year-old woman was cited for criminal mischief for an incident that occurred in the area of Ida Avenue.
