Warm, Sunny Start To The Week In Rhode Island

But will the nice weather last?

Rhode Island's week starts with sunshine and warm temperatures, but that won't last for long.

Monday is sunny with a high temperature of 80 degrees before turning cloudy on a 64-degree Monday night, according to the National Weather Service.

a 79-degree Tuesday starts partly sunny before isolated showers begin to fall, the National Weather Service forecast says.

A rainy, foggy Tuesday night will see the low temperature drop to 65 degrees.

Expect heavy rain and patchy fog Wednesday as the high tops out at 76 and drops to 64 on a rainy Wednesday night.

Thursday will have more rain and a high of 77 and showers continue Thursday night with a low of 63.

The sun comes back out Friday as the high reaches 78 degrees.
