Exeter Man Arrested On DUI Charge Following Crash: Cops
The crash was on the street where the Exeter man lives, police said.
EXETER, RI — An Exeter man was arrested on a driving under the influence charge following a crash on the street where he lives, police said.
Matthew Cunningham, 41, was arrested shortly after 1:45 a.m. Sunday on charges of driving under the influence of liquor or drugs and refusing to submit to a chemical test, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Cunningham was arrested after a crash on Bell Schoolhouse Road, the release said.

Cunningham was processed at state police headquarters, arraigned and released with a notice to appear in court, according to police.
