Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, Framingham PD Nab Wanted Man: Cops
The Framingham man was wanted on charges of assault to commit a robbery, conspiracy and more, police said.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force and Framingham police on Wednesday apprehended a man wanted on charges of assault to commit a robbery and conspiracy, police said.
Angel Ortiz, 19, of Framingham was also wanted on charges of breaking and entering, assault with a device similar to a firearm, and larceny of a motor vehicle, the state police said in a media release.
"Mr. Ortiz was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Framingham Police Department on scene for his appearance on the (fugitive from justice) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts," the release said.
